1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Excify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person, one account.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting on Excify, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Purchases of ideas and courses are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the content is significantly misrepresented.
5. Referral Program
Referrers earn 70% commission on purchases made by referred users. Commissions are paid out upon request after reaching the minimum threshold (₹10). Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not post illegal content, spam, plagiarized material, or content that violates others' intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Platform Fee
Excify retains 30% of all transactions as a platform fee. Sellers receive 70% of the sale price.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Excify is provided "as is". We're not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
